Program settings for a variety of environments The Discovery is equipped with 4 channel, 4 memory digital circuitry designed to optimize understanding speech in different listening situations. You can quickly change memories with the press of a single button-it's just that easy! Discovery is programmed specifically for free-field fittings involving high frequency hearing loss. The memories have been assigned to provide smooth amplification with ascending levels of gain: Memory 1 has the lowest gain setting; Memory 4 has the highest gain setting. Of course, memories and settings can be easily adjusted via General Hearing's digital software to meet individual hearing needs.
